Refund Policy
RETURN INFORMATION
Bolence will only accept a return, exchange, or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase. No refund will be made for products that have been opened, used, or returned damaged.
If you don't follow our return policy, you may not receive a full refund. The items sent back must have registered tracking. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping your order will be deducted from your refund.
Please email hello@bolence.com with your order number to start the returns process.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@bolence.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. We may require you to provide us with an image or video to demonstrate that the product is damaged. This is to ensure all requests are genuine as we cannot manually check this in person.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also do not accept change-of-mind returns if the product has been used.
CHANGE OF MIND
We will provide store credit for any changes of mind prior to an order being shipped. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
REFUND PROCESS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Depending on your bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days to show up on your bank account.
